Clean Sport Education at the 2026 CMAS World Cup Finswimming Indoor, Lignano

We are pleased to announce that Billy-Scott Irakoze, Olympian and Education Ambassador from the International Testing Agency (ITA), will be present at the 2026 CMAS World Cup Finswimming Indoor, Lignano to lead an interactive clean sport education booth on 5 and 6 March.

The booth, located in the entrance of the Swimming Pool "Bella Italia Sports Village" in the evening of 5 March and in the morning of 6 March, will provide athletes and their support personnel with the opportunity to engage directly with Billy-Scott and strengthen their understanding of key anti-doping topics in a practical and fun way.

What can you learn?

Athletes and ASPs visiting the ITA booth will have the opportunity to:

  • Get a clear and simple understanding of the Anti-Doping Rule Violations (ADRVs) and what they mean for them.
  • Walk through the key steps of the Doping Control Process so they know exactly what to expect.
  • Understand their rights and responsibilities during urine sample collection.
  • Learn how to check their medications and better understand the Prohibited List.
  • Make informed decisions about supplements, including understanding the risks involved.

Participants will also be able to test their knowledge through interactive games and receive fun giveaways.

This initiative reflects CMAS' and the ITA's shared commitment to promoting clean and fair sport. We encourage all athletes and ASPs to visit the booth and take advantage of this valuable educational opportunity.
