5th Apnea Indoor Open European Championship - Cagliari, Italy

CMAS has entrusted to FIPSAS the organization of the 5th edition of the Apnea Indoor Open European Championship. The event is taking place in Cagliari, at the “G. Sicbaldi” Municipal Swimming Pool, from 12 to 18 June 2017.

An Organizing Committee has been specially set up for the event.
The Championship programme includes the following events:

1. Dynamic with Monofin (DYN) M/F;
2. Dynamic with Bi-Fins (DYN BF) M/F;
3. Dynamic without Fins (DNF) M/F;
4. Endurance 16×50 m M/F;
5. Speed 100 m M/F;
6. Static (STA) M/F.

The Opening Ceremony took place at the Marina Piccola Amphitheatre in Cagliari.

Several World records were achieved:

Stefano Konjedic (Italy) with 31.710 sec.

Veronica Dittes (Austria) with 08:83.150

Vera Yarovitskaya (Russia) with 35.860 sec.

Goran Colak (Croatia) with 09:58.660

Results
